What this website does, and what it does not

This site is a catalogue and an enquiry desk. It has no shopping cart and it takes no payment — there is no page on this domain that will ever ask you for a card number. Orders are placed at the counter, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email, and online card and UPI payment is handled on the group's separate storefront at shop.alagendran.com.

Where a policy applies differently to those two routes, the policy says so. If anything below is unclear, call the counter on +91 98432 87130 and ask — we would rather explain it before a sale than argue it after one.
