This website is published by Alagendran Group of Companies, a family group of automotive and textile businesses operating from #177/1, North Veli Street, Simmakkal, Madurai – 625001, Tamil Nadu. "We", "us" and "our" mean the group and the individual businesses listed on this site. "You" means anyone who visits, reads or enquires through it.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This is an information and enquiry website. It describes the group's businesses, publishes a catalogue of parts stocked at the Alagendran Automobiles counter, and gives you a phone number, an email address and an address for each division.

• It carries no shopping cart. Nothing on this site can be added to a basket or ordered online.
• It takes no payment. No card, UPI, netbanking or wallet transaction is processed on this domain.
• It is not a price list. Where a price or MRP appears it is indicative, and is confirmed at the counter against your vehicle, variant and the stock in hand.
• Online purchase, where it is offered, happens on the group's separate storefront at shop.alagendran.com, which has its own checkout and its own terms.

We take reasonable care to keep this website correct and current. Even so, part numbers, fitment, specifications, stock position, prices and offers change — sometimes at the manufacturer's initiative and without notice to us — and typographical errors are possible.

• Stock shown as available may have been sold before your enquiry reaches us.
• Fitment listed against a vehicle model is a guide. A spares counter confirms fitment against the vehicle, the variant and often the chassis number before it sells a part.
• Photographs are representative. The part supplied may differ in packaging, in the brand supplied, or in minor detail from the image shown.
• Prices, offers and availability are confirmed only when we confirm them to you directly.

You may read, print and share this website for your own reference and for enquiring with us. You may not:

• copy, scrape, republish or resell the catalogue, the photography or the written content;
• use the site or any enquiry channel to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringing material;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system, or to disrupt its availability;
• use automated tools to harvest contact details for marketing;
• present yourself as an agent, dealer, franchisee or representative of any Alagendran business without our written authority.

You are responsible for the device and connection you use to reach this site, and for keeping any account credentials you hold on the storefront confidential.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos, part numbers and product images belong to their respective owners. They appear on this site to identify the vehicles a part fits and the brands we stock, and their use does not imply any relationship beyond the one described in plain words on the relevant page.

Toyota

Alagendran Automobiles is a Certified Toyota Genuine Parts Distributor. Toyota, its model names and its marks belong to Toyota Motor Corporation and its Indian entities.

Yamaha

The group operates Yamaha sales and service businesses in Madurai and has served as a Yamaha Genuine Parts Distributor for more than 25 years. Yamaha, its model names and its marks belong to India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates.

Other brands

Helmet brands, aftermarket manufacturers and lubricant brands named on this site own their respective marks. We stock and resell their products; we do not manufacture them.

The name "Alagendran", the group's logo, the written content of this site and the photography commissioned for it belong to us. Do not reproduce them without our written permission.

This site links to the group's own division websites, to its storefront, to map services and to social media pages. Once you follow a link away from this domain you are on a site we do not control, governed by that site's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data.

When you send us an enquiry, a photograph of a part, a vehicle detail or a review, you confirm that it is yours to send and that it is lawful. We may use what you send to answer you, to improve our stock and service, and — for reviews and testimonials — to quote you publicly, unless you tell us not to.

We may decline, edit or remove any submission. We are not obliged to monitor what is sent to us, and we are not responsible for material sent by third parties.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may suspend it for maintenance or change it at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including loss of profit, loss of data, or costs arising from a part ordered on the strength of catalogue information that was later corrected.

Where we are found liable in connection with a sale, our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned, as shown on the tax invoice.

You agree to hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of someone else's rights through it.
